The brief

Six clinics, one paper intake form, and a receptionist at each site typing it into the practice system after the patient had already sat down. Meridian wanted patients to check in on a tablet in Arabic or English and have the record appear in the clinical system before the consultation.

What we built

A React Native tablet app that runs offline and syncs, a Node service that maps intake answers onto the practice system's API, and an admin view for the clinic managers. Data stays in the UAE region.

  • Arabic and English intake flow with signature capture

  • Offline-first sync so a dropped connection never loses a form

  • Mapping layer to the existing practice-management API

  • Manager dashboard for wait times per clinic
